Brown leather and chains necklace

Components

Step 1: preparing your materials

Prepare your tools and materials for a fast and organized working process.

Cut two pieces of the brown leather cord - 13 cm and 14.5cm

Antic gold gourmet chain - two pieces of 14cm each

Silver gourmet chain – two pieces of 15cm each

Silver oval loop chain - two pieces of 22cm each

Step 2 : connecting the leather to the chain

Apply small amount of E6000 glue inside the metal finishes and slip the leather inside.

Use 6mm jump rings to connect the gourmet chains to the leather cords on both sides.

Connect the chains together with a 6mm jump ring to the clasp, and to the other side with the extension chain.

At the end of the extension chain hang the metal label and Swarovski stone.

Step 3 : hang the center piece

Open and close the 5mm jump rings with the help of the plier tool and connect the center piece to the oval loop chain on both sides.

Connect the ends of the oval loop chain to the jump rings on both sides of the clasp.

Step 4 : setting the stones

Place the stone in the center of the stone setting and with the help of the setting tool bend the prongs towards the stone in order to embed it.
