Multicolor Swarovski crystals jewelry tutorial

Learn how to make this colorful and unique piece of jewelry

Multicolor Swarovski crystals jewelry tutorial

Embedding metal elements with small stones in them is a very easy way to make any simple jewelry base look richer and more designed.

This color combination is taken from the new Multicolor Swarovski crystals rhinstone – Light rose, Light Amethyst, Peridot, Light Sapphire and Jonquil.

A very bright, happy, full of light color combination, great for everyday sparkly and fresh look.

Step 1 : prepare your materials

For an easy way of working - organize your tools, empty cup chain bases and crystals that you wish to use.

Step 2 : Creating the embedding element pieces

We start with the metal embedding elements of the

14mm cup chain.

To create a very impressive and colorful impact for this jewelry set we use 4 colors of 14pp crystal stones, and place them in a random order.

Use glue for jewelry making to embed the stones for a clean result.

The easiest way to embed small stones, is to use a toothpick with a small piece of bee wax that is perfect for taking one stone at a time and placing it exactly where you want it to be.

To check this bee wax click here

Make 4 beautiful and colorful flowers, to use 3 for the center of the necklace and one for the bracelet.

Step 3 : Setting the stones

I choose the Light Amethyst color as the main color for this jewelry set, to create a feminine look with a touch of vintage.

Use the prong pusher tool to push the prongs on the stones to embed them.

The embedding metal elements are embedded in the same way.

Step 4 : Closing the necklace and bracelet

The 14mm cup chain center piece necklace is 31cm long, therefor we need to connect a 6cm long chain on each side of the cup chain in order to make it 45cm long in total.

45cm is the a very standard size for a short length necklace.

To finish the necklace and bracelet connect the clasp on one side and a 5cm of extension chain on the other side.

Well Done!

This very colorful, shiny necklace and bracelet is ready!
